Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a SDR, you’ll be the first line of engagement with potential customers. In this entry-level role, you’ll learn how to research, connect, and qualify leads who may benefit from our SaaS data platform. Expect ongoing coaching, clear metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Sales team to build and maintain a pipeline of SaaS-qualified prospects.
Conduct outbound outreach using email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest in Bondata.
Respond to inbound inquiries, engaging early-stage leads and qualifying their fit.
Learn to articulate Bondata’s value proposition to SaaS and tech customers.
Update CRM accurately with activity, prospect details, and lead statuses.
Shadow Account Executives on calls and coordinate seamless handoffs for qualified opportunities.
Participate in regular team training, including product demos and messaging reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

0 – 1 year of experience in sales, customer outreach, retail, support, or communications (experience in SaaS is a bonus).
English at a mother-tongue level, both spoken and written.
Strong verbal and written communication-confidently and politely reaching out to strangers.
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to build foundational sales skills.
An interest in SaaS, data tools, or analytics platforms.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
