Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Customer Success Manager. The role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, and includes some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Customer Success Manager will oversee customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, providing high-level customer service, and ensuring customers derive maximum benefit from our platform. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and drive success.
